Maps to find the rock climbing in Battert, drive
from Baden-Baden in the direction of Ebersteinburg on the small road signed
for "Altes Schloss" . Park at the car park outside this ruined castle and
follow the wide track to the rock climbing crags.
Easy access, also with a pram.
To find the rockclimbing on KGB-Türme, take of from the high road
(E52/E35) in the direction of Bühl. Continue in the direction of Bühlertal,
pass the village and continue to Sand. In the cross at Sand (traffic light),
turn left and after about 2 kilometres you reach two Hotels (Plättig)
and a chapel. Park at the car park by the chapel and walk down on the gravelled
road in the direction of a restaurant. Just where this road bends to the right
a track continues straight forward, follow this track for a couple of minutes
and you reach KGB-Türme. Rock climbing is allowed from August to February.
